PWA The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the 44 4"r' Constitution and the laws of the State of California, as the legal owners ("Owner") of the property located at 1111, 1217, and 1221 North Bristol Street (Assessor Parcel Number 405-274-10, 11 and 12), uj�Al and 1240 West Washington Avenue (Assessor Parcel Number 405-274-13), in the City of Santa Ana, r 1\ County of Orange (the "Property") does hereby grant to the Southern California Edison Company, a `l) California Corporation (collectively referred to as the "SCE"), the right to enter the Property and hereby grants to SCE a Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: Conduct environmental testing by taking soil samples, and if necessary'remediate by shallow soil excavation, and hauling away contaminated soil. See site location in the attached EXHIBIT A. SCE agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any liability arising out of SCE's exercise of this License and Right -of -Entry. SCE further agrees to repair any damage to said Property caused by the exercise of this License and Right -of -Entry at its sole cost and expense and to restore said Property, as near as practicable, to the state in which it existed prior to the use of the Property by SCE. The rights herein granted to SCE, are exclusive, and SCE agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of its License and Right -of -Entry without the prior express written approval of the Owner. This License and Right -of -Entry shall expire upon completion of said work, and in any event, no later than March 31, 2022, unless extended by written agreement between the Owner and SCE.
