Daimler Street please review and consider parking requirements for that use vs. present industrial zoned uses. As an owner of 1750 E. Deere Avenue in the Amberwood Office Park since 1980, we request discussion of parking needs during maximum use times. These use loads should then hopefully be evaluated against existing parking spaces for that parcel, as we do not need parking issues spilling into surrounding buildings during a highly attended cheer event or whatever they might be planning. As always, staff has taken this into consideration so I would like to be sure it is addressed in the CUP process. Applicant should be aware of concerns and be willing to agree to professional CUP constraints. Thank you for your service and desire for well planned growth and development.
