What is the name of the neighborhood where you reside?
Sandpointe
How do you describe your community to someone who hasn’t visited? What streets/boundaries define
your community?
The current boundaries are Alton to the north, Sunflower to the south, Main to the east and Flower to the west.
Our community is primarily described as diverse with a large representation of single homeowners/renters, and
apartment renters.
What are the major cultural/recreational/educational/religious institutions in your community?
It consists of two parks, a middle school and an elementary school and no churches.
Does your community have major geographical boundaries/features (freeways, parks, lakes, mountains)?
The drainage ditch along Flower.
Do you have concerns about the current boundaries of your Ward?
