Honorable Members of the Planning Commission:
I am writing to request that the Planning Commission either defer the item until a community meeting can be held or
the matter be forwarded to the Historic Preservation Commission for review. The crux of the matter and the bulk of
the concerns reflected by our neighbors involves the impact on historic Floral Park and an assessment of whether or
not the proposed structure is consistent with the historic character and nature of both the subject property and
surrounding properties. Thank you for your kind consideration.
