I am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the Slate of California; I am
over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or Interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 06120/1922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the
annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue
of said newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following dates,

Subject: Notice of Public Hearing to Adopt
a Mitiggated Negative Declaration (MND)
for the Septic a Gravity Sewer
Conversion Project
A Mitigated Negative Declension (MIND)
has been prepared by the City of Santa
Ana for the Septic to Gravity Sewer
Converelon Project located in the
Pasadena Street, Medford Avenue, and
Deader Street nelghborhood. The City of
Santa Me is the Lead Agency, pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA), responsible for preparation
of Ihis document.
PROJECT TITLE: Septic to Gravity
Sewer Conversion Project
Construction of the Proposed Project is
anticipated to start In 2021 with an
appmansoe describe of nine months.
Construction of the sewer and water
improvements would occur concurrently.
PROJECT LOCATION: The Pmlect is
located In the Pasadena Siree[, Medford
Avenue, and Deader Street
neighborhood, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
The Mitigated Negative Declaration and
Initial Study continues to be available for
review on the Clty's website at
