1 am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of California; I am
over the age of eighteen years,and not a party to or interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER,a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA,county of ORANGE,and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE,State of California,

DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO LEVY AN ASSESSMENT FOR,THE"," ,
DOWNTOWN SANTAANA BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR
THE YEAR 2022
BEIT RESOLVED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANAASFOLLOWS:
SWAWLj, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby,finds,determines and declares as follows;
A, By Ordinance No,NS-1715,adopted February 6,1984,the City Council of the City of Santa Ana established
tha,:Downbowm Santa Ana Business Improvement Area pursuant to sections 36500 at seq.of the Califomia
Streets and Highways Code;and
B. As provided in Ordinance No.NS-1716,the City Council is authorizod to levy an Pasesonvert In the following
amounts for the improvements and of the Downtown Santa Ana Business ImprovemontArea:
(a) For amusement ,pawnbrokers,service stations,retail sales of goods,hotels,motels,
treaters,food establishments:an 0004:in an amount"equal to one and one-half(1.5)the annual
business license fee.
(b) For commercial and residential rental property;an#aessonswd in an amount equal to one-fourth
