Subject:Public hearing on 4/25
Date:Saturday, April 16, 2022 5:20:12 PM
To whom it may concern,
I am unfortunately unable to attend the hearing on 4/25, as I have a job. I am sure I
speak for a majority of homeowners who reside in Santa Ana who are OPPOSED to
another housing development. It already takes me 1/2 hour to drive 2.5 miles to work.
Have you even seen the monstrosity up and down Harbor Blvd already?
Santa Ana does not need more apartments, condos, townhouses etc. The city is
already over populated and over developed. I'm sure none of the developers reside in
this area and has to deal with the congestion on Harbor Blvd and on every other
adjacent street.
What the city needs to worry about is the illegal sanctuary status it chooses to have
that violates our constitution. As well as the gangs, crime, graffiti, uncleanness,
homeless and illegal population. I despise living next to 30 people in a 3 bedroom
home who rent, who have no pride in the appearance of where they reside, no
courtesy for the rest neighbors, have loud parties every weekend, leave trash all over
the place and park cars everywhere but in their own garage, where people are living
illegally. No, more development isn't going to solve the issue. Stop allowing property
investors and property management agencies to violate single family dwelling rentals
that allow this to happen. Enforce the laws the exhist. Stop encouraging people to
come to this city and state to live off the government.
