under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, its employees, agents, representatives,
contractors, successors and assigns, a temporary and exclusive easement for construction of the Fairview
Bridge Replacement and Street Improvements (9th Street to 16th Street) Project, in, on, over, under, and
across that portion of Seller's Property more particularly described in Exhibit "A-1", and depicted in Exhibit
"B-1". The term of the easement described herein will commence at the close of escrow date and cease and
terminate at the earlier of the following: (i) twenty-four (24) months thereafter; or (ii) on June 7, 2024. The
rights may also be terminated prior to the above date by the City upon notice to Seller.
