Pursuant to Section 9 ("Term") of Agreement No. N-2020-121 entered into by Buchalter, APC, and
the City of Santa Ana, dated June 1, 2020 as amended previously extended, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2022 through June 30,
2023. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All
other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
