Dear Mayor and City Council,
I am writing in support of directing staff to prepare an ordinance to repeal the anti-cruising ordinance. Cruising
is not a crime and residents should not be penalized for celebrating our culture. There is a vibrant Chicano
culture in Santa Ana that deserves to be celebrated and this would be a great step toward that.
