I write in support of this item and one general concern.
I am glad to see that there will be affordable housing units offered for sale instead of for rent. A density bonus
in already dense neighborhoods does however cause concern.
There needs to be additional incentives for not currently dense neighborhoods to become more dense or else the
disparity between neighborhoods of detached single family homes will be pit against all other neighborhoods in
Santa Ana.
