FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
FED 0 12023 ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on December 28,
Q'.-Cma ") 2022, by and between Lisbeth Rosales ("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city
(PCNtiCI s.)(q1/) and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of
California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-279, dated August 30, 2022, by which
Consultant agreed to provide administrative and legislative support services for
Councilmember Thai Viet Phan ("Agreement').
B. The Agreement remains in effect through December 31, 2022.
C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024,
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
