On or before July 31, 1986, for value received, the
undersigned Charles W. Bowers Museum Corporation, a California
nonprofit public benefit corporation, promises to pay to the
City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, or order, at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
' California 92701, or such other location as the holder hereof
may designate, the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
This note shall not bear interest.
The undersigned shall have the right to prepay this note
in whole or in part at any time.
