^' Pursuant to Section 52 of the Addendum to Lease ("Option for Two Years") of Agreement No. A-2020-
w
074 entered into by Rick D. Kagasoff and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 19, 2020, the time period of
said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from May 1, 2023 to April 30,
2024. In addition, as provided under Section 52, rent shall be increased to $5,500 per month for the time
period of May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
