7 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 12 is effective as of this day of , 2023
8 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street,
9 P.O. Box 14184, Orange, CA 92863-1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter
10 referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701
it (hereinafter referred to as "CITY").
12 WITNESSEfH:
13 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by
14 Amendment No. 11, dated June 16, 2022, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative
15 agreement for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and
16 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by thirty (30)
17 months to allow for completion of Phase 4 of the Bristol Street widening project,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that
19 Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only.
20 1. Amend ARTICLE 2. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS. page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last
21 changed by Amendment No. 11, dated June 16, 2022, to delete "June 30, 2023" as the expiration date
22 of the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert "December 31, 2025."

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 12 to
Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 to be executed as of the date of the last signature below.
