RE: Mutual Aid Agreement for the COVID-19 Vaccination Effort
On May 4, 2023, an email was sent notifying your city of a pending reimbursement for costs incurred
as part of the mutual aid response for the distribution of vaccinations for county residents. In
processing these payments, an issue was encountered requiring action on your part to complete the
issuance of the payment.
During the final documentation review, it was noted that the date entered into the Mutual Aid
Agreement for the COVID-19 Vaccination Effort, was left blank. To facilitate the City's request for
payment pursuant to the fully executed Agreement, the County of Orange has inputted the date the
Agreement was signed by the City as the date the Agreement was entered into on page one.
If the City concurs with the entry of this date, please sign below and return to the County via the
following email addresses to finalize the Agreement. This will allow the County to process
reimbursement of services as claimed to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The City of Santa Ana hereby consents to the entry of October 8, 2021 as the date that the County
of Orange and City entered into the "Mutual Aid Agreement for the COVID-19 Vaccination
Effort", which is the date that the signatory for the City signed the Agreement.
