Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2020-154) for Water Quality Sampling and Testing Services
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Clinical
Laboratory of San Bernardino ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 21, 2020, the term
of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period until July 20, 2025. Any
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
