The City of Santa Ana has made tremendous strides in the development of permanent supportive housing as well as immediate shelter responses. In coordination with the Santa Ana Housing Authority and nonprofit partners, the horizon for Santa Ana to solve homelessness is closer than many other Orange County cities. As we support the efforts of Santa Ana to provide necessary care to its most vulnerable residents, we encourage you to continue to look beyond these efforts toward housing solutions for all unhoused residents of your city. We are grateful to be partners together in solving homelessness and look forward to your continued focus on fostering communities in which all people have a safe and stable place to call home.
