The City of Santa Ana ("City") is in receipt of your letter of June 30, 2023, regarding Orange County
United Way's ("Assignee") acquisition of 2-1-1 Orange County ("Assignor").
Pursuant to Section XII ("Assignability") of Agreement No. A-2023-083-05 ("Agreement"), please
find the City's written consent regarding the assibgrunent of the services in this Agreement to Assignee
for the term of this Agreement ending June 30, 2024. It is the City's understanding that Assignor has
assigned all rights and duties under the Agreement to Assignee.
Assignee also hereby acknowledges its agreement to assume all obligations and liabilities, and
undertake, and agree to hereafter perform all obligations and duties of SUBRECIPIENT under the
Agreement, in accordance with the Agreement.
Please have Assignee provide a countersign below regarding its acknowledgment of the assumption
of the rights and duties of SUBRECEPIENT under the Agreement.
Please also provide updated contact information so the City may comply with any notice requirements
pursuant to Section IV (`Notices") of the Agreement.
