Access to 150+ reports that run manually or automatically; customized reports available at an additional cost.
Open & Closed Cases/Matters $4,725
Based upon Subscriber's estimate that Subscriber will have an average of up to 125 open cases and matters in the system
in any given month. Additional open cases/matters will be charged $2.70 each per month. A close case/matter fee of $.20 per case per
month will be waived. The number of open cases/matters per month is determined by the average number of open cases/matters in the
system during the month. Overages billed monthly.
*Additional Open Cases/Matters
On a monthly basis, additional open cases/matters above the 125 open case/matter maximum will be charged $2.70 per
case/matter per month. This overage fee shall not exceed $3,240 per year.

during the entire term of this Agreement, at the sole discretion of the City of Santa Ana.
