Re: Second Extension of Agreement A-2021-219 to Provide Unarmed Security Guard Services
Dear Mr. Cunningham:
Pursuant to Section I.B. ("Term of Agreement"), of the above referenced Agreement A-2021-219, entered
into by Patrol Solutions, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 16, 2021, the City hereby
exercises its second and final option to extend the term of said Agreement for one (1) additional year until
November 15, 2024. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and are in full
force and effect.
