Re: First Extension to Agreement (#A-2020-238-05) to Provide Training Courses and Exercises for the
Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area on an As -Needed Basis
Dear Mr. Bailey,
Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between SenseMakers
LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 1, 2020, the time period of the Agreement is further
extended for an additional one (1) year period through November 30, 2024. All other terns and conditions
of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
