You certify your total number of attorneys (full-time and part-time partners, shareholders, associates, contract or staff attorneys, of counsel, and the like), corporate users, personnel or full -time -equivalent students is indicated in this Order Form. Our pricing for banded products is made in reliance upon your certification. If we learn that the actual number is greater or increases at any time, we reserve the right to increase your charges as applicable.
