N-2023-288-01 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement, is entered into on December 21, 2023, by and between Young Soo Kim ("Owner"), and the City. of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California Miry"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N -2023-288, dated June 19, 2023, by which Owner received grant funds made available through the Commercial Property Compliance Assistance Program for improvements at the property located at 1915 W. First St., in Santa Ana, California ("Agreement"). The term of the Agreement continues for a five (5) year period and is current and in effect. B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to reduce the amount awarded to Owner for said improvements by $1,000.00. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 3, REIMBURSEMENTS, shall now read: The City shall reimburse the OWNER for the cost of improvements in the amount of $21,500.00. In exchange for these funds, Owner expressly acknowledges and agrees to the entire terms and conditions of the Program as described in the Program brochure, which are hereby incorporated by reference' as though fully set forth herein. 2. Exhibit B, to the Agreement, is hereby replaced in its entirety by Exhibit B-1 to this First Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. i 3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and 'conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
