Architectural Consulting Services
Dear Ms. Hassan,
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, as amended, entered into between
Westgroup Designs, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 17, 2020, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period through November 16, 2024. All
other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
