Item 16. We differently need Neutering Services for Qualifying Low-Income Residents because by providing this services your
not helping out the ones that getting the services our pets from going to killed shelter then they die vs a long healthy life. Less
stress for animal control because they can deal exsurely vs chasing animals that been over population thanks from a concerned
citizen
