Re: Acknowledgement of Assignment and Extension of Agreement A-2021-036-05 for
HVAC repair services
On March 16, 2021, the City of Santa Ana entered into the above referenced Agreement (A-2021-
036-05) with South Coast Mechanical. On November 30, 2021, South Coast Mechanical was
acquired by MSHC, dba Service Logic and South Coast Mechanical, as part of the acquisition,
converted its status to an LLC, and is now known as South Coast Mechanical, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company. Pursuant to Section 15, Assignment, City acknowledges the acquisition
and the City will refer to South Coast Mechanical, LLC, as the Contractor, in any future
correspondence or matters regarding the Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period until March 31, 2025. Any
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All
other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect
