Re: Extension of Agreement To Provide GPS Equipment and Services Agreement
No. N-2023-139
Pursuant to Section 4 ("Terra and Termination") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by
Fleet Solutions, LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, which commenced on May 1, 2023, the time period
of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-year period, from May 1, 2024 through
April 30, 2025, Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
