Re: Extension of Legal Services Agreement(N-2022-102)
Pursuant to Section 6 ("Term") of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by Graves & King,
LLP ("Attorneys"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 22, 2022, and amended by the Parties on
June 21,2022(A-2022-124),the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-
year period through June 30, 2025. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
