Re: Final Extension of Agreement(A-2018-134) for Solid Waste Consulting Services
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by HF&H
Consultants,LLC("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana,dated May 15, 2018, and as agreed upon
by the parties in the 4th Amendment to the Agreement(#A-2023-092),the time period of the Agreement
is hereby extended for an additional, and final, one-year period through June 30,2025. This is the last
extension option authorized pursuant to the Agreement, as amended. Any insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement, as amended,remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
