EMy THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on May 15, 2024,by
and between Dylan M. Almendral, doing business as Fugitive Vestige Media, LLC, a California
Limited Liability Company ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No.N-2024-108 ("Agreement") dated February 7, 2024,
to provide historical write-ups to accompany art pieces from the City's South Main Public Arts
Initiative.
B. The Agreement was entered into with Dylan M. Almendral. The Agreement term runs until
June 30, 2024 and the Agreement is current and in effect.
C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to add the Contractor's business name and
extend the term of the Agreement by an additional six months. No other changes are
contemplated by this Amendment.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. The Agreement is amended to reflect the Contractor,Dylan M.Almendral,is conducting business
as Fugitive Vestige Media, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company. All services provided by
Contractor,and compensated by the City under the terms of this Agreement,shall also include services
provided under the name of Fugitive Vestige Media,LLC.
2. Section 3, Term, is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31,
2024.
3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
