MAP TO SIt0TJ THE RECLASSIFICATION
~!ff~ERE~S, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ann has
given notice of public hearings as required by law in connection
with an application for change of District classification to cover
the property herein described and has duly held two public hearings
upon the question of such change and thereafter, by Resolution No.
592 recommended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council
for adoption; and
¥~TL~REAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of public
hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the
Council does n~ find that public necessity, convenience, and general
welfare require the following amendment and change in the present
classification of the real property hereinafter described and that
the uses under t~e proposed new classification will not be detrimen-
tal to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti~ CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLL0~7S:
SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of Santa Ann,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That certain parcel of land described as Lots I to 12,
both inclusive, of Tentative Tract Map No. 2011, Orange
County, and further described as:
Beginning et the Northwest corner of that certain parcel
of land described as the East one-half of the Southwest quar-
ter of the Northwest quarter of Section 2&, Township 5 S,
Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., thence Southerly along the West
line of said parcel of land, 908.&0 feet to an intersection
with the Westerly extension of the center line of Berkeley
Street, e.s shown on a map of Tract No. 1625, recorded in Book 48,
at Page 46, of Miscellaneous I~[aps, Records of Orange County,
California; thence Easterly along said extension, 145.00 feet;
thence Northerly, parallel to the West line of said parcel of
land, 910.30 feet to a point in the North line of said parcel
of land; thence Westerly, along said North line, 145.00 feet
to the point of beginning,
be reclassified from R-1 (Single Family Residence District) to the
R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence District) and that Sheet Number 39
of tSe Districting I~ap of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code
be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council s~all certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with-
in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Inde-
pendent, the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance shell take
effect 30 days from and after the date of its final adoption.
