SIDE OF WEST EIGHTH STREET, BETNEE_i BROAJ~4AY AND
SHELTON STi~EETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORD~IN AS FOLLOWS:
SEGTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort,
convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby
established, .setback lines upon and along each s~de of West Eighth
Street in Santa Ana, California, as hereinbelow setout, all in
accordance with the Notice contained in Resolution No. ~4-~2.
SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (q) be added to
Section 91~0 of Part 2, Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Ana
~unicipal Code to read as follows:
"(q) West Eighth Street, between Broadway and Shelton
Street, 30feet on the North and 54 feet on the
South, both measured at right angles with and
from the surveyed center line."
SBCTION 3. Th~ Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within l~ days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha
Independent, the official newspaper of the 3ity. This Or4inance
shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Sant~ Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7thday of Jmue ,1954.
