PA~(ING METERS SHALL BE IN OPERATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3307 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3307. Hours.
"The provisions of this Chapter relatin~ to the oper-
ation of parking meters shall be effective only between
the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 6:00 o'clock P.M. on
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week
and from 9:00 o'clock A.M. to 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Friday
and Monday of each week, except that such parking limita-
tion shall not be operative on any legal holiday, other
than Saturdays."
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana
Independent, the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance
shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its final
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its re~a~ular meeting held on the 16th day of
August , 195~.
