SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE
TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1~ That Section 3802 of Chapter 8 of Article III of the
Santa Ana NR/nicipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 380~. Obstructing Passage on Street or Sidewalk Prohibited.
No person shall loiter, stand or sit in or upon any public highw~}?,
alley, sidewalk or cross-walk so as to, in any manner, hinder or
obstruct the free passage therein or thereon of persons or vehicles
passing along the same, or so as, in any manner, to annoy or molest
persons passing along the same."
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after
its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall
take effect 30 days from and after the date of its final adoption.

regular meeting held on the 20th day of December, 195h.

the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing Ordinance was regularly
introduced at the regular meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of
December, 195~, and was again considered at its regular meeting held on the
20th day of December~ 1954., and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted
by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
