ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 21 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW
THE RECLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and
duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change
of District Classification and by Resolution No. 6g2 recommended to the City
Council the change requested; and
~, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a
public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity,
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
3 lots bounded on the East by the West line of Bristol Street,
on the South by the North line of Lot No. 107 of Tract No. 2061
and the Westerly extension thereof to the Northeast corner of
Lot No. 106 of said Tract No. 2061, on the West by the Easterly
lot lines of Lots 70 and 71 of Tract No. 1608, and on the North
by the Southerly lot lines of Lots No. 72 and i of said
Tract No. 1608,
be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-2 District and that Sheet No. 21
of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended
to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after
its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall
take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 7th day of February, 1955.
