BOTH SIDES OF ~40RY LANE WEST OF FLOWER ST~-"ET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience,
interest and welfare require and there are hereby established, setback lines as
hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with the Notice contained in Resolution
No. 55-86.
SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (t) be added to Section 9150 of
Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as follows:
"(t) Memory Lane, on both sides, between Flower Street and ~he
Westerly City Limits, 60 feet from the surveyed center line~
measured at right angles."
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its
adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordi~-~ce shall take
effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of ~ay , 1955.
