OF CHAPTEE 2 OF ABTICLE VII OF THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL COE~
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and it is hereby
amended by amending Section 7205 of Chapter 2 of Article VII thereof to read
as follows:
"SECTI0~ 7205. pe~tt Fees.
The fee for a permit to perform the work shall be established
by the following fee schedule:
A. CURB OR GUTTE~ (or both if combination curb and gutter).
(a) For first 50 linear feet or less $7.50
(b) Each additional linear foot 0.03
(c) Each curb return at intersecting streets 3.00
NOTE: No extra charge for driveway when taking out
curb or sidewalk permit.
B. SI~ALK.
(a) For first 50 linear feet or less $2.50
(b) Each additional tf-ear foot 0.03
NOTE: Above charge to be made whether curb
exists or not. Above charge will apply
to filling in between curb and sidewalk.
C. DRIVEWAYS.
(a) Less than 16 ft. in width $2.50
(b) From 16 ft. to 25 ft. (Measurament on curb cut) 5.00
(c) Over 25 ft. in width (O.K.'d by Council) 10.00
NOTE: The above charge will apply when filling in
driveway when curb and sidewalk exists.
D. PAV~2~NT.
A permit charge of $5.00, plus 0.3 of a cent per squsre
foot of street improvement.
E. EXCAVATION PEP~IT in STRoll'.
$2.50 for first 50 linear feet
1 cent per linear foot thereafter
Fo MAIN SEWER.
$2.50 for first 50 linear feet
2 cente~per linear foot thereafter

NOTE: No charge for permits covered by Framchise."
SECTIO~ 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoptioa
i~ one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days
from and after the date of its final adoption .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of Jur!e , 1955.
