THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~LE CITY OF SANTA A~A DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL~S:
SECTION 1. That Section 9107.10 cf Chapter I of Article IX of the Sauta Ana
Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 9107.10. P (Parking and Professional District) Uses Permitted:
(a) All uses permitted in R-l, R-2 and R-3 District, but under
the same restrictions, conditions and limitations as specified in sec-
tions governing the s~me.
(b) Offices of doctors, dentists, attorneys, accountants, engineers,
architects; real estate and insurance brokers, agents and salesmen; ad-
ministrative office buildings and other similar business offices where
no merchandise is offered for sale.
(c) Parking of motor vehicles in connection ~*ith any commercial
use or for private parking except that no cars either new or used shall
be stored for sale or offered for sale or parked while such car bears
sign, words or figures indicating that the same may be for sale, and no
hydrocarbon substance or other property of any Eind may be sold in said
District and no automobile serviced or repaired in said District."
SECTION 2. The C~e rE of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the s~e to be published within 15 days after its adoption
in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinauce shall take effect 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AI~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 15th day of August , 1955.
