NS-131 ~WH~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREAT1]~G CHANGES l~ DISTRICT BOUNDAE]~S AND ~ING SHEET NO. 34 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SH~ THE RECLASSIFICATION ~EREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 839 reco~ended to the City Couucil the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA A~NA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the rea~ property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The North one-half of Lot 12 of the Nininger Tract as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, be reclassified from R-1 District to the C-1 District and that Sheet No. 34 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall ta~e effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
