MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND
A~i~ING SHEET NO. 45 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RE-
CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice
of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an applica-
tion for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 897
recon~nended to the City Council the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be
detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
9.87 acre parcel of land, the West line of which is ap-
proximately 1175.68' East of the Northeast Corner of
Halladay and McFadden Streets, with a frontage of 394.6?'
on McFadden Street, and extending North for a depth of
llll.06'
be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet
No. 45 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage
o~ this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within l~
days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adoption.
