EAST FIRST B~m~-~'~THE A.T. & S.F. RAILROAD TRACKS
AND GRAND AVENUE
THE ciTY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort,
convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby es-
tablished, setback lines as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance
with the Notice contained in Resolution No. 55-308.
SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph (f) of Section 9150 of Part 2,
Chapter l, Article IX'of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:

East First Street on the North side from the A.T. &
S.F. railroad tracks to Hathaway Street, 42 feet from
the surveyed center line; from Hathaway Street to Grand
Avenue, 34 feet from the surveyed center line; and on
the South side from the A.T. & S.F. railroad tracks to
Hathaway Street, 50 feet from the surveyed cAmter line;
all distances measured at right angles to said surJ
veyed center line.
SECTIONs3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15
days after, its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of January , 1956.

of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing Ordinance was
regularly introduced at the rggular meeting of said Council held on the
3rd day of January , 1956, and was again considered by said Council
at ~i-~ regular meeting held on the 16th day of January , 1956, and
was at said meeting, regularly passed and adopted by said Council by the
following vote, to-wit:
