EAST FIRST STREET BETWEEN THE A.T. & S.F. RAILROAD TRACKS
AND GRAND AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort,
convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby es-
tablished, setback lines as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance
with the Notice contained in Resolution No. 55-22
SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph (f) of Section 9150 of Part 2,
Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Aha MUnicipal Code be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(f)
East First Street on the North side from the A.T. &
S.F. railroad tracks to Hathaway Street, 42 feet f~om
the surveyed center line; from Hathaway Street to Grand'
Avenue, 34 feet from the surveyed center line; and on
the South side from the A.T. & S.F. railroad tracks to
Hathaway ~treet, 50 feet from the surveyed center line;
all distances measured at right angles to said sur-
veyed center line."
SECTION 3~. That Ordinance No. NS-155 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4- The Cler~ of the Con,il shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15
days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adoption.
