MUNICIPAL CODE CliEATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES A/~D AMENDING
SHEET NO. 49 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Arm has given notice
of and duly held two public hearings c~ the question of change of
District Classification initiated by the City Council as Amendment
No. 175, and recommended to the City Council the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said change of classification and does now find
that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the
following amendment and that the uses under the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the ~eal property in the City of Santa Arm,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the center line intersection of D, yer and
Harbor Roads; thence Nest 165'; thence South b70.O0';
thence East 140.00'; thence South 668.03'; thence East
190.00'; thence North tx)the center line of Dyer Road;
thence West to the point of beginning
be reclassified from R-1 District to the ]~-l District and that Sheet
No. 49 of the Districting Nap of Article IX of the Santa Ana Nunicipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and m%sll cause the same to be published within 15
days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adoption.

at its regular meeting held on the
