NS-17~° AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SNW~.T NO. 33 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION ~tEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment Application No. 183 for change of District Classification, and recom- mended to the City Council that the property involved be reclassified to C-1-PK District; and ~EAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hea~ing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare ~equire the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 2HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOE~ ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, ll, 13, 15, 17, and 19 Block A of the Bessonett Tract; Lots 8, 9, 10, ll. 12, 13 and 14, Block 5; and the South one-half of Block ~ of Baldwin Addition be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-1-PK District and that Sheet No. 33 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
