TO REQUIRE PAR~ING ONLY WITHIN DESIGNATED PARKING
STALLS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3212.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3212.1. No Parking over Stall Lines.
No person shall stand or park any vehicle on any public
street in the City where the surface of said street has been marked
with lines or markers designating parking spaces or stalls so that
said vehicle is across or upon any such llne, or in such a position
that said vehicle is not entirely within the area designated by such
lines as a parking space or stall."
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with-
in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independ-
ent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and ~fter the
date of its adoption.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of July , 1956.
