That Section 2106.1, 2106.2, 2106.3, 2106.4 and 2106.5 of Chapter I of Artic~ II of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 2106.1 WARD NO. 1. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall c~use the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
