ANA MUNICIPAL C D--~REATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUND-
ARIES, AND AMENDING SHEETS NO. 21 AND 25 OF THE DIST-
RICTING MAP TO SHOW TltE RECLASSIFICATION
~HEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No.
222 initiated by said Commission f~r change of District Classification,
and recommended to the City Council the change herein set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said proposal and does now find that public nec-
essity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend-
ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be det-
rimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~ CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sa%ts Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot 60 in Tract No.
2122, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 61, Page
50, Miscellaneous M~o s, Records of Orange County, Califor-
nia, running thence north 89° 54' 05" west 24~.79 feet;
thence south 47° 33' 45" west 371.03 feet; thence south
66° 27' 34" east 3~2.61 feet to the northwesterly line of
Lot 6~7 in said Tract No. 2122; thence north 27° 56'
east 437-57 feet along the northwesterly line of Lots bO
to 57 inclusive, to the point of beginning~
be reclassified from the R-2 District to R-3 District and that Sheets
No. 21 and 25 of the Dist~ cting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pass-
age of this 0~d-inance and shall cause the same to be published within
15 days after its adoption. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.

adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
