TRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION

of and duly held a public hearing i~ connee:%i~n"with Amendment Appli-
cation NO. 223 for Change of District"Classi~0ation, and recommended
to 'the City Council the changes requeSte~;'and
~HE~AS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public heardng on said applicatiom aha does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment and that the uses under the mew classification will not
be detrimental to the surrounding property;
NON, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.

That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
State of California, describe~ aa:
11, 12, 29 and 30 of the Re-Plat of Santa Aha
Acres, County of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 5, Page 8 of Miscellaneous Maps of said
County,
be reclassified from the R-1 District to R-3 District and that Sheet
No. 53 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha MuniCipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
