ARIES, AND A~ENDING SHEET NO. 43 OF 'n/= DISTRICTIN~
MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Sm ta Aha has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Appli-
cation No. 229 for Change of District Classification, and recommended
to the City Council, the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that C-2 is
the logical District for said area, that public necessity, convenience'
and general welfare require the following amendment a~a that the uses
under the ~ew, classifications will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COD-NCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real p~operty in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Or~ge, State of California, described as:
Lots 13, 1~, 15, 16, and 17 of Block F of South Santa A~a
Tract as per MaD recorded in Book 5, Page 43 of Miscellan-.
eOus Maps of Orange County, California,
be reclassified from the R-1 District to C-2 District and that Sheet
~o. 43 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Smta Ana Municipal
Code be amended to sh~ such reclassification.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days frc~ and
after the date of its adoption.
